Meet Meka, our dedicated and personable Patient Coordinator! With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Meka is passionate about building strong relationships with our patients and ensuring they have the best possible experience from start to finish. Her warm, outgoing nature makes her a favorite among patients and colleagues alike.

Outside of the office, Meka loves staying active and making time for fitness, always finding ways to enjoy the outdoors. Whether it’s going for a walk, hitting the gym, or exploring nature, she stays motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle. When she’s not working out, you’ll find her cherishing quality time with her grandkids or spending the weekend out on the town with her family.

With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Soumaly is a seasoned professional who combines deep expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care. She’s committed to helping patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles through gentle and thorough cleanings, and her attention to detail ensures that each appointment is as comfortable and effective as possible. Soumaly believes that empowering patients to take charge of their oral health is key, and she works closely with each individual to educate them on proper care techniques, helping them maintain their healthiest smiles long-term.

Soumaly’s dedication to her craft goes beyond just daily appointments. She’s passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental care, actively seeking continuing education opportunities so she can provide the best and most current treatments for her patients. This drive for excellence, combined with her caring nature, has made her a trusted and popular figure among those she treats—many of whom have followed her from practice to practice. Her ability to build lasting, positive relationships with her patients speaks volumes about her dedication and skill.

Outside of work, Soumaly is a proud green thumb with a passion for plants. She’s nurtured a collection of over 100 houseplants, creating an indoor jungle that brings her joy and peace. The same care she puts into cultivating her plants is reflected in the way she treats her patients, always with patience, attentiveness, and a personal touch.

We’re thrilled to have Soumaly as part of the Denver Smiles team, and we know our patients are in great hands with her on board! Her long-standing commitment to quality care and her genuine connections with patients make her an invaluable part of our practice.

Nyah has been a valued member of our team since 2018, bringing a bright and positive energy to every shift. She graduated from the Emily Griffith Technical College Dental Assistant Program in the same year and quickly advanced her skills by becoming an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. Her passion for dentistry shines through in the way she connects with each patient, making them feel at ease and ensuring their care is top-notch.

What Nyah loves most about her role is the ability to make a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives. She finds great satisfaction in playing a key part in improving their oral health, which ultimately enhances their overall quality of life. She’s dedicated to learning new techniques and expanding her knowledge every day, ensuring she’s always growing and providing the best care possible.

Outside of the office, Nyah enjoys spending time with her husband and her family. She is the youngest of three siblings, with whom she shares a close bond, and she adores her two nephews. Whether it’s a family gathering or a quiet weekend at home, Nyah cherishes her time with loved ones.

Nyah also has a love for travel and has enjoyed exploring new destinations. Some of her favorite places to visit include Mexico, where she enjoys the beautiful landscapes and rich culture, and New York, where the energy of the city never fails to excite her.

Her enthusiasm for both her personal and professional life makes Nyah an outstanding part of our team, and we’re lucky to have her here at Denver Smiles!

Meet Cappuccino, our beloved office dog and four-legged team member at Denver Smiles! He’s known for his friendly personality, love of long walks and hikes, and especially for being quite the talker. Cappuccino takes his job seriously—greeting patients with tail wags and happy barks before and after their appointments. He even has his own coffee bar in the waiting room, making sure everyone feels welcome with a warm cup of coffee or tea. Whether you’re here for a check-up or just stopping by, Cappuccino is always ready to make your visit a little brighter.
